Layer Insulation Uncoiling Device:

This series has two sets of layer insulation unwinding mechanism, which can simultaneously two layers of insulation paper or film.

End Insulation Uncoiling Device:

This system is composed of a guide rod frame, a feeding frame and a swinging carriage mounted on the upper end of the foil winding machine.

Electric Control System:

The source program and operating program developed by ourselves are used to give different instructions after the operation of the PLC control system.

Winder:

The winding machine is located at the front right of the equipment, and the output winding length is realized by winding the coil through the winding shaft.
